• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.

• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.

• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.

The main responsibilities of this role include supporting the Estimator/Project Coordinator and assisting with pre-marking and logging highways. This involves assisting in implementing and monitoring quality control, safety, and environmental programs. You will also be responsible for performing quality control activities in the field to ensure adherence to contract requirements. Additionally, you will act as a resource to the site by providing inspection, supervision, and technical support. Other responsibilities include assisting in making and adhering to work schedules, reviewing timesheets for accuracy, processing invoices for accounts payable and completing MTO reports. In this role you will work closely with subcontractors, project coordinators and other members of the operational leadership team. You will need to liaise with subcontractors and consultants on the field constantly, negotiate quantities, and review payment certificates. It is important for you to understand the scope of the contract by reading specifications and interpreting drawings. You should be able to recognize when work is additional to the contract. and conduct quality audits by identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances (NCRs), Corrective Action Requirements (CARs), and Preventative Actions (PARs). Miller is proud to provide this unique career opportunity, we offer continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package.
