We are seeking a motivated and skilled 2nd–3rd Year Apprentice Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MIG welding and be capable of working independently on a variety of welding tasks while continuing to develop their technical skills under the guidance of senior welders. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to advance their career and gain exposure to complex fabrication projects.Responsibilities:·    Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring weld quality meets company and industry standards.·    Assist in fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.·    Set up, adjust, and operate welding machines and equipment safely and efficiently.·    Inspect finished welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with quality requirements.·    Follow workplace safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and personal protective gear.·    Collaborate with senior welders, supervisors, and other team members to complete projects on time.·    Maintain a clean and organized work area.·    Continuously develop welding skills and technical knowledge through on-the-job training.·    Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year welding apprentice or equivalent experience.·    Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with proven practical experience.·    Basic understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and fabrication drawings.·    Familiarity with shop tools, measuring instruments, and safety procedures.·    Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.·    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.·    Experience with additional welding processes (TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core) is an asset.·    Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, cutting, and grinding tools.·    Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Savanna Well Servicing Inc.
