The Opportunity:As the Senior Manager, Finance Shared Services, you will play a critical role in enhancing our client's end-to-end financial processes. This includes analyzing and improving accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, and sustainability reporting and risk management processes. You will also be responsible for reporting on financial performance, developing key performance indicators, and implementing new processes and systems. Your work will directly contribute to our client's success and drive continuous improvements.Document and evaluate current finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement based on industry best practicesLead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes, including P2P and R2R cyclesAnalyze shared service metrics, prepare financial performance reports, and develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risksOversee the implementation of new processes and system upgrades, ensuring smooth integration with existing workflows, and collaborate with IT for optimal solutionsWork with internal and external stakeholders to optimize financial processes, and lead ESG reporting efforts, ensuring compliance and timely disclosure of relevant metricsWhat We Need From You:5-6 years of experience of relevant experience within Shared ServicesCPA designatedExperience in the manufacturing and/or distribution industry is an assetProficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, full cycle accounting, and audit and controlsExperience in systems implementation, process automation, and regulatory complianceProficiency in systems such as Pronto, Cognos, and OneStream (or other mid-tier systems)Strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Perks of Working with Our ClientCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonusesThree weeks of vacationHybrid workplace arrangementPaid CPA dues and RRSP contributionsComprehensive drug and dental benefitsNext Steps:We here at Clarity Recruitment would like to thank you for your applicationOnly those chosen for a phone interview will be contacted via email and text to set up a phone interviewClarity Recruitment and our client are firmly committed to fostering diversity within our community.
