customer-focused environment? MINI Oakville is seeking a Finance
Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping customers
secure financing solutions and want to grow with a reputable
dealership, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Present and
sell protection plans and insurance products Assist customers with
credit applications and paperwork completion Work with lenders to
secure approvals and competitive financing options Ensure all deal
files are completed and submitted for funding Maintain a professional
and organized work environment Provide exceptional customer service
before, during, and after the sale Collaborate with the F&I team to
support each other during time off Train and support staff on finance
and insurance processes Work closely with the sales team to maximize
revenue opportunities What We’re Looking For: Experience as an F&I
Manager in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of financing,
insurance products, and sales processes Proven ability to meet sales
targets and profitability goals Excellent communication, negotiation,
and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure
and meet deadlines PBS and Symtech DAVE experience is a plus (not
required) What You Need to Succeed: OMVIC License (required) A
positive, self-motivated attitude Strong attention to detail and
