looking for a Made to Measure Client Service Administrator to join
our Store team. In this role you’ll: Provide back-up and cross
functional support assistance to team members as needed Attend and
participate in associate meetings Assist with markdowns and price
changes Assist with inventory and order of store supplies Train
new hires on POS procedures and best practices Ensure on-going
communication with store leadership Deliver consistent and
exceptional service through brand standards Well-versed in all areas
of POS and Client Systems Assist with the administration of the MTM
program Maintain the integrity of the MTM filing systems Accurately
enter information for MTM orders for multiple brands Check for and
note any sold out MTM fabrics The successful candidate will have:
2 years+ of retail experience with administrative capacity in managing
client services A focus on driving long-term customer loyalty and
conversion and elevating both the in-store and online customer
experience) Our menswear retail environment includes working within
various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories,
outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in the
retail industry is preferred. A strong service orientation – a
demonstrated desire to wow our customers! Detail oriented
Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to
support the retail Customer Service function The ability to work
effectively as part of a team Strong multi-tasking skills and the
ability to calmly and efficiently manage, acknowledge and assist a
long line of customers waiting for service Strong communication
