Position Summary The Nurse Practitioner (NP(EC)) for the Nurse Led Outreach Team (NLOT) program uses advanced practice clinical skills to provide direct clinical care, education, research, consultation and treatment in the area of Geriatrics to support the acute care needs of residents in LTC, Retirement Homes or other Seniors Congregate settings within the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH), Couchiching Ontario Health Team (COHT) catchment areas and Muskoka as required. This position will include travelling to all areas serviced within the North Simcoe Muskoka region.
