Marketing – Montreal, QC COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. We’re looking for a motivated Brand Marketing Intern to join the Canadian Cosmetics Team. Whether you’re a new graduate or professional looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful hands on work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Consumer Beauty MarketingManager, this role will see you contributing to iconic global brands COVERGIRL and Rimmel London. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on marketing experience and exposure to our portfolio of iconic global brands. You are responsible for: Your main focus: Coordinating with internal and agency teams to own creative and copy for in-store/online marketing materials, such as digital assets, in-store display, and flyers
Project managing the execution of brand and retailer experiences such as events, buying shows, and trainings
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all marketing objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are managed in a timely fashion
Analyzing trends and consumer data to track performance and identify new opportunities

The team consists of the “Marketing Intern” working closely together with several departments.  QUALIFICATIONS We’d love to see candidates who are: team-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills – and is an enthusiastic beauty consumer, well-versed in the latest trends! We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree - Administration/Business/Marketing
MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
A strong written and verbal communicator who is bilingual in English and French 
Ability to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving various stakeholders with a “can do” attitude and attention to detail
