Position SummaryCollaborating with the Sales Manager and the Outside Sales team, you will be a vital part of the Divine team. You will wear many hats, never have a boring day, and flex your creative muscles. Customers will demand the most from you and you will absolutely deliver. You will have room to grow with the team and they will always support you in your journey. What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for retail clients in our showroom, by educating on products and pricing.Provide a high level of service in managing assigned accounts. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Divine product offerings and pricing.Cover shifts in the Vancouver showroom as scheduled and assist with daily showroom operations.Lead with service in resolving customer challenges and ensure every customer leaves happy.Build and foster a network of referrals to create new sales opportunities.Support the Outside Sales team, when necessary.Who You Are:Creative and courageous, with the ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold, strategic moves in this rapidly evolving distribution environment. You’re a multi-tasker, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, keep accurate records, and possess strong attention to detail.Enjoys working in a team environment and cross functionally with various departments, with the ability to collaborate with team members to create positive experiences.Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.You exude exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge. Creative thinker who is observant to seeks new opportunities and are perceptive to abstract ideas.You are a goal-driven individual who is able to adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements.
