You are comfortable with Excel, you like administrative support and well this company in the renovation field, located in Ville Saint-Laurent is looking for an administrative clerk for the rebate department.As a rebate administrative clerk, you will be responsible for managing customer rebate and discount files in accordance with the various agreements, analyzing and following up on rebate requests. Skilled in validating data, producing follow-up reports and communicating with sales, accounting and customer service departments.AdvantagesPermanent position - Full time - 37.5 hrs/weekMonday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 37.5 hrs/week Hybrid mode - 3 days office / 2 days telecommuting after probation A Ville Saint-Laurent Salary: $48,000 to $50,000 per yearVacation: 3 weeks (negotiable depending on experience)Benefits: Pension fund (RRSP), possibility of acquiring sharesPossibility of advancement Great work team and supervisor Parking availableResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities:Update, compile and verify customer deductions by divisionPrepare payment calculation files and payment requisitionsEnter and structure customer data in the system and in ExcelKeep agreement lists and customer files up to dateManage discount-related e-mails and follow up on ordersSet up and maintain Excel tables (TDC, RecherV, SommeSi, etc.) Apply discounts in the system according to agreements. )Apply rebates in the system according to agreements Analyze and follow up rebate requests, produce follow-up reports and communicate with sales, accounting and customer service departments.
