In this vital role, you’ll support both our medical team and clients by helping deliver exceptional patient care and service. From hands-on animal care to client communication, your days will be fast-paced, meaningful, and full of opportunities to learn and grow.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with diagnostic procedures, radiographs, and IV setupsCollecting samples and operating/maintaining laboratory equipmentProviding compassionate animal handling and restraint, even with challenging patientsSupporting patient care needs like cleaning, walking, and feedingHelping maintain accurate client and patient records, billing, and estimatesDemonstrating calm and efficiency during emergency situationsAssisting with client communication, including phone calls, patient updates, and check-insPresenting estimates and processing paymentsEnsuring a clean, welcoming hospital environment (kennels, treatment areas, exam rooms, etc.)Participating in team rounds to ensure continuity of careProviding top-tier customer service with empathy and professionalismContributing to a positive, collaborative team cultureThis is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their people while working alongside a dedicated, supportive team.
