Bilingual French Technical Support Agent to join our client's team
onsite in Richmond Hill, ON. This is a temporary-to-permanent,
full-time position at a leader in retail office equipment and services
across Canada. Type: Temporary contact Pay: $25 - $28/hrHours of
Operation: Monday - Sunday, 365 days/year. Shift: Rotational shifts
including some weekends. No overnights. Location: Onsite, Richmond

Fully onsiteResponsibilities- Provide first-level system support to
retail stores and home office users.- Troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues related to POS systems, PCs, networks, and more.-
Collaborate with other analysts to identify and resolve complex
problems.- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with
both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications- 1-2 years
experience working in a tier 1 support or helpdesk role - Bilingual
(English and French) written and oral is mandatory- Flexible
availability- Excellent communication and customer service skills are
mandatory- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and remote access
software- Experience with ServiceNow is an asset - Experience with
