THE ROLE As a member of the Brand Partnerships team, this national role will be primarily responsible for leading our day-to-day hospitality and ticketing needs for our partners, prospects, and key clients. This role will serve as a direct concierge for our national partners working closely with our internal sponsorship, ticketing, food & beverage and premium seat sales teams, as well as external partners, to deliver against ticketing, hospitality, and administrative needs. In addition to the day-to-day requests, this role will lead and track our national in-market ticketing programs working closely with our brand management, promoter and marketing teams to ensure their success. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DODay-to-day ticketing concierge for our national partners, including both email and phone communication, servicing their ticket requestsDirect ticket concierge for select partners’ clients, liaising directly with customers and offering best in class serviceManage large and often complex orders for a variety of partners and related programs across Canada while liaising with various ticketing teams and venues to help facilitate. This includes monitoring inventory, tracking of various sales and regular client-facing reportingTrack and fulfill all contractual national venue & festival ticket deliverables for our partnersMaintain and update partner accounts and budget trackers within our ticketing platform, while providing relevant reports to internal teams as neededUpdate and analyze partner ticket program sales trackers and communicate sales as needed, while maintaining ticket inventory to maximize sales opportunitiesCoordinate partner and internal hospitality requirements as needed, including but not limited to suite rentals, premium seating, bulk ticket buys, dinner reservations, food & beverage purchases and partner hosting eventsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGMinimum two (2) years in the hospitality or customer service industry, with ticketing experience being an assetExceptional customer service, organizational and administrative skillsMust be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time managementDemonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externallyProven to perform well under pressure; managing high volumes and multiple priorities simultaneouslyA positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretionAbility to work evenings & weekends as requiredBilingual (French/English) is an assetBENEFITS & PERKSOur motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:HEALTH: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for you and your family, along with Employee Assistant Programs through Modern Health and ComPsych YOURSELF: Generous paid time off policy including holiday closures, and sick time for you and dependents, along with free concert tickets WEALTH: RRSP program with company match, Stock Program Reimbursement FAMILY: New parent programs & support including caregiver leave and baby bonus, and infertility support CAREER: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment internal growth and development programs & trainings OTHERS: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding network, gender reassignment support Physical Requirements/Work Environment Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
