As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works – understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.

The Big Task As Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher you will be responsible for answering calls and emails and will be the first point of contact for customers.
You will effectively communicate between customers and service technicians to schedule work orders in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments What You’ll Do Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients Generating leads Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
