Weʼre now looking for a full-time, senior-level SEO specialist who can own technical SEO, content strategy, and performance tracking across multiple client accounts.
What Youʼll Do
Technical SEO
Conduct advanced audits (crawl/indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site
speed, mobile UX)
Implement Shopify/WordPress technical optimisations
Manage schema markup (manual + automated approaches)
Content Strategy
Perform keyword research & clustering using Ahrefs, Semrush, and GSC
Create content calendars, briefs, and internal linking strategies
Guide writers on SEO best practices and optimise published content
E-Commerce SEO
Optimize product/collection/category pages for Shopify and WooCommerce
Handle faceted navigation, duplicate content prevention, and large-SKU site structures
Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
Link Building
Plan and execute high-quality outreach and digital PR campaigns
Manage backlink profile health
What Weʼre Looking For
Proven Experience: 5+ years in SEO, including Shopify & large-site e-commerce
Technical Mastery: Skilled in site architecture, structured data, server log analysis, and Core Web Vitals
Tools: Expert with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Google Tag Manager, GA4, GSC
Communication: Fluent English (written & spoken) with the ability to clearly explain technical topics
Familiarity with North American local SEO best practices
Mindset: Data-driven, proactive, resourceful, and fast problem solver
Work Style: Available during overlapping hours with PST (Vancouver) daily
Nice to Have: Experience with schema automation tools or AI-assisted content workflows

What You’ll Do Target and acquire new clients by identifying and engaging decision-makers at mid-sized companies (typically $5M+ in revenue and over 30 employees) Lead strategic prospecting efforts, leveraging modern tools and AI platforms to fill and manage your pipeline Conduct compelling sales conversations with CMOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers Partner closely with our marketing team to build compelling, insight-driven sales narratives Collaborate with leadership to build the foundation of a high-performing sales department — including process design, playbooks, and future hires Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for sales-qualified opportunities and closed business What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Leader in the digital marketing or MarTech space Demonstrated ability to sell into mid-sized organizations and engage senior decision-makers Comfortable with consultative selling — understanding needs, uncovering pain points, and aligning solutions Familiarity with modern sales and AI tools such as: Apollo, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT, Clay, Lavender, Salesloft, CoPilot or similar Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced LinkedIn strategies for identifying, engaging, and nurturing B2B prospects Located in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland Entrepreneurial mindset — you're excited to help shape a scalable sales function Experience selling services like SEM, SEO, paid media, CRO, or analytics Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Background in account-based selling or solution sales What You’ll Get Competitive base salary + commissions in the range of $0,000 - 120,000 + per year on new business and recurring revenue Extended health and dental benefits starting day one 15 days paid vacation (plus holidays) Flexible hybrid work – home or our Vancouver office Laptop and tools to support your success Supportive, high-performance culture: team events, snacks, games, and more Why Snaptech?
