The Customer Solutions marketing team seeks a (Media Buyer) Marketing Consultant, Demand Gen to execute digital marketing campaigns across search, display and paid social in Google Adwords, Meta, LinkedIn and Tik Tok. You will manage optimization and campaign reach to drive new acquisitions and revenue growth for our organization. This key marketing support role will require hands-on experience in Search, Display, Paid and Social and knowledge of best-practices, data analysis and reporting. This person is data-driven with strong experience refining programs to continually improve KPI’s. The Consultant, will be partnering closely with the acquisition team making sure marketing always delivers the highest quality leads possible, shortening sales cycles, making sales efforts more effective, and driving revenue pipeline.Responsibilities Execute measurable B2B/B2C PPC marketing campaigns in Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok for multiple industry verticals with a focus on increasing ROI.
Drive pipeline for our direct sales team and channel partners.
Work closely with the Marketing Operations and Marketing Communications teams to develop and execute campaign elements including, but not limited to paid search and social, landing page testing, list identification and purchase, channel development, etc.
Assist in the formalization of the leads qualifying and scoring structure.
Analyze campaign results and channel performance to improve/develop campaigns using market research and campaign data to evaluate and test
Work with internal stakeholders to manage campaign budgets accordingly and provide recommendations on ways to streamline and maximize overall campaign spend across all initiatives
Work with internal stakeholders and SMB team to determine attribution model to support demand gen efforts
Implement testing methodologies to enhance and optimize campaigns and messages.
Produce lead/opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.
Strategize and test and tag landing pages for online and event programs.
Identify, analyze and work with digital media agencies as needed.
Leverage Marketing Cloud knowledge, Salesforce.com and other tools as needed to execute and track the success of programs.
Work with the marketing ops team to monitor conversion across all online campaigns.
Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Routinely analyze and report on key performance metrics, making recommendations to drive conversions, minimize email opt-outs and enhance content
Manage and optimize data collected via lead forms to ensure we have all the necessary information required to fulfil reporting
Experience Strong knowledge and understanding of the paid media ecosystem.
Must have 3+ years hands-on experience building and managing ad campaigns in key platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using data tools like GA4
Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
Proven experience in inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong business acumen and the ability to tie paid media strategy back to business objectives.
Track record of successful project planning and delivery including excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Ability to analyze results to make improvements for future campaigns
Business Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills proven across a large matrix organization
Excellent time, organization, and project management skills
Demonstrate open-mindedness and innovative thinking Education
Completion of a university degree in a related field.
