Le stagiaire en ESS travaillera avec l'équipe de sécurité d'Aecon Utilities pour acquérir de l'expérience sur le terrain et au bureau. Nous recherchons des étudiants passionnés par la sécurité, désireux d'apprendre et d'apporter leurs propres idées novatrices.
Ce stage est d'une durée de 4 à 8 mois. Principales responsabilités: Soutenir l'équipe ESS sur le plan opérationnel et au niveau de la division, et lui servir de ressource.
Travailler en collaboration avec les conseillers ESS pour coordonner la formation et l'orientation en matière de sécurité.
S’assurer d'avoir une longueur d’onde dans l'identification des tendances et des modèles en matière de sécurité.
Coordonner les réunions et les événements liés à la sécurité, y compris le sommet annuel du comité mixte d'hygiène et de sécurité et les réunions régulières de l'équipe de direction.
Soutenir le dossier de préparation des projets, y compris tous les modèles et documents appropriés et nécessaires pour le travail.
Aider à l'administration des politiques, manuels, normes, procédures, pratiques et règles en matière d'ESS.
Commander et expédier les diverses fournitures et ressources nécessaires pour le site du projet et les chantiers.
Participer aux visites et aux inspections du site.
Organiser, contrôler et gérer les données et les rapports statistiques, en veillant à ce que l'ensemble du personnel chargé de l'ESS soit parfaitement informé et comprenne les exigences.
