Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner for our client in Barrie .

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of various flooring types.
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
  • Maintain a high standard of sanitation in all areas cleaned, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment effectively, reporting any maintenance needs or inventory shortages.
  • Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or meal preparation when requested by clients.
  • Utilize janitorial experience to perform deep cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols.

Skills

  • We're looking for reliable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our team. This role involves cleaning client homes, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Candidates must be able to lift up to 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and carry cleaning supplies between jobs. A reliable vehicle is required, as some days may involve traveling between multiple locations (mileage is reimbursed between first and second job sites).

Training is provided, including a 4-hour online session and shadowing with an experienced cleaner before working independently. Flexible part-time hours are available, and we're seeking individuals who are dependable, good listeners, and able to communicate clearly in English.
