We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-driven, individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day providing outstanding service and product knowledge.
Duties:
• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Handle incoming customer service calls
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
• Accept customer calls and return customer
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.

Chemical Engineering Eligibility Be eligible to work within Canada with no sponsorship
Be in your final year of your university undergraduate degree or have completed your degree within the last year
Be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check, medical and drug screen
Be willing to relocate multiple times during your first two years for each rotation, likely in remote locations across Canada
Be living in Canada and be able to attend selection stages in person if required
Be eligible to drive a motor vehicle in Canada
Possess a valid drivers’ license (class 5) - this position requires travelling
Bilingual French and English
