We are currently looking for Machine Operator's to join our client's team in Woodbridge.

We have two shifts available

Day Shift: 8am-8pm

Night Shift: 8pm-8am

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, start-up, and operate pultrusion machines
  • Keep the pultrusion machines stocked with raw materials – i.e; resin
  • Monitor the flow of raw materials going into the product to ensure continuous production
  • Operate the control panels on the pultrusion machines
  • Inspect quality during the product run – physical measurements and visual inspections
  • Clean production tooling and equipment
  • Package, label, and document information on finished products

Requirements:

  • Previous Machine Operator experience
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Good English communication skills

Job Description:
  • About the Role:

    Reporting to the Plant Manager, the EHS Manager is responsible for managing plant safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment. Implements, oversees, and adapts policies and programs to improve the facility's environmental and safety performance and ensures compliance with current and future regulations and standards. Plans and / or delivers programs to train managers and employees in work site safety and environmental practices. Promotes safety by working with all departments to analyze the current situation and recommend safety improvements. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

    • Responsible for all aspects of EHS, including OSHA, and environmental record keeping, safety audits, and accident investigations and identifying workplace hazards.
    • Develop, evaluate, and maintain the department budget for the EHS area.
    • Ensure the facility complies with OSHA and environmental laws and regulations.
    • Develop, deliver, and track participation in health and safety related training and OSHA related certifications.
    • Provide ongoing support to department managers for safety meetings and department work modifications.
    • Reviews injury reports to ensure all accidents are properly reported and appropriate action has been taken to prevent recurrence.
    • Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports to regulatory agencies.

    About You:

    • Proficient computer skills including:

  • Manage investments

    • Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CA preferred) with at least 3 years of progressive work experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience in accounting / consolidation systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Yardi, JD Edwards, Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SQL, OneStream, etc.) and adaptability with learning new applications
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
    • Experience in real estate or working experience in industry is preferred, an understanding of financial markets and having an interest in real estate is also a plus
