Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Therapist provides assessment and planning, treatment and intervention, and crisis management for clients. The Clinical Therapist carries out the general duties of the Adult Service team but in addition to those duties, participates in quality initiatives in the program of care, engages in collaborative person-centred care, and utilizes available information technology to support best practice. The Clinical Therapist receives and provides supervision and mentorship as part of a community of practice. It is an expectation that the Clinical Therapist will act in a professional and ethical manner, following all recognized codes of ethics, standards, legislation, and guidelines relevant to clinical practice and profession. Position SummaryThe Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage plays a pivotal role in both the day to day and long-term success of the Food & Beverage Department. Primary Responsibilities: Champion Hospitality and drive this every day. Support your colleagues as a team leader. Guide the team to success with on-going training, coaching and feedback. Develop, execute, and support strategic plans for F&B. Ensure health, safety and wellness are a focus by working to prevent accidents. Communicate effectively across all departments.
