Our client in the non-profit industry is hiring a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to support their national stewardship program. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team in a hybrid working model (2 days onsite in Mississauga, 3 days remote). You’ll help clients stay compliant with organizations regulations across Canada, support account management, and assist with reporting and invoicing. The successful candidate will be fluently bilingual in both English and French, and have previous experience in client services with a good understanding of finance or reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through recycling regulations and compliance processes
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely reporting and remittances
- Follow up on documentation and assist with invoicing inquiries
- Resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic audit/reconciliation checks
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Provide client support through phone and email in English and French
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in client service, administration, or account management
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) – testing required
- Financial literacy or experience with reporting/invoicing is an asset
- Experience in compliance or environmental regulations is a plus
Work Schedule & Location Requirements
- During the training period, you wll be required to be on-site 5 days per week (Mississauga office).
- Once training is complete, the role transitions to a hybrid model:
- Minimum 2 days in-office, 3 days remote each week.
- The team currently operates on two rotating shifts:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Must be able to work both shifts .
- There is a third shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) that is not currently in use but may be reintroduced if operational needs change.
