You’ll build the technical and operational foundations that empower our product designers to focus on what they do best—solving real problems for real people.This is your chance to shape how product design operates in a global, purpose-driven organization. Your work will span four key pillars:People & CultureSupport the growth of the product design team, onboarding, and wellbeing.Shape the development of product designers at Haleon.Champion the value of design across the organization.Process & PracticeDefine and evolve product design workflows, rituals, and governance models.Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints against personas.Embed accessibility and inclusive design practices into our ways of working.Tools & SystemsEvaluate and manage product design tools across UX/UI design, user research and user experience metrics to support seamless collaboration.Data & ImpactCo-create, establish and operationalize an enterprise value framework across Portfolio, Product, Engineering, Design and the business to connect and measure user experience metrics with product and business metrics.Build dashboards and reports that communicate the impact of design to stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsEssentialOver 8 years of experience in product design management or related filedStrong UX research and design expertise, supported by practical use of modern design tools (for example: Figma)Proven ability to align design initiatives with business objectives and product strategyStrong leadership in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teamsSkilled in planning and conducting user research using mixed methods to drive design decisionsDemonstrated success in delivering end-to-end product design, from discovery to iterationExperienced in creating scalable design systems that support cross-functional collaborationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functionsStrong storytelling capabilities to present design concepts to non-design audiencesDesirableIndustry experience in healthcare, consumer goods, or other regulated environmentsKnowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesComfortable operating in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teamsExperience designing AI-powered user experiences, with a clear understanding of usability implicationsOpportunities for growthImproving everyday health takes dedication. Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions will be a member of the Canadian Product team supporting the development, deployment, growth, and strategy of Visa’s products and platforms, including but not limited to Tokenization, 3DS Visa Secure, Visa Payment Passkey, Visa Intelligent Data Exchange, Cloud Token Framework, Digital Authentication Framework, Tap to Device, Contactless, Visa Account Updater, and Value-Added Services.This individual will contribute and help drive the digital authentication products agenda for Canada based on client needs, local market demands, and corporate priorities. They will work with internal stakeholders (including global digital product teams, local product and functional teams, sales teams etc.) and external stakeholder (including clients, technology enablers, wallet providers, etc.) to conceive, deliver, manage, and promote Visa’s digital product solutions and strategy.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital payment authentication, a strong strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. A proven track record in product management, particularly in digital payment solutions or similar products, is highly desirable.Key AccountabilitiesSupport product strategy, product roadmap and product growth for digital solutions in the Canadian market.Support the full product lifecycle, including product and market research, product roadmap creation, business casing, testing, pilot, and post launch execution.Identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance Visa’s solutions product through potential new features/services, redefining the value proposition, and product developments.Create collateral and assets, including client decks, product roadmaps, FAQs, technical documentation, etc.Establish and track key performance metrics and conduct data analysis to monitor performance, identify opportunities and enhance product strategy.Create presentations and content for external and internal meetings, deliver presentations, and gather feedback to enhance product development.Partner with cross-functional teams (including Sales, CS, Marketing, VCA) to drive product strategy, promote and sell product solutions, and execute on product launches.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital payment landscape, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.Ensure compliance with products, brand and risk management standards are met.The position will report into the Director, Digital Solutions, Visa CanadaThis is a hybrid position.
