About the Opportunity  
  • Manages, prepares, assesses and validates the monthly, quarterly, and financial budget reconciliation processes which includes performing financial variance analysis on revenue and operating expenditures and accruals while adhering to tight month end close cycle deliverables

  • Develops Microsoft Excel based financial models to determine the effect of various scenarios while at the same time determining the impact on Airport Operations strategies, goals, and initiatives
  • Assists in the preparation of presentations and financial systems reports that report on Airport Operations financial and operational performance to Airport Operations management, the Client’s executive team and Board of Directors
  • Conducts research, rationalizes data, and performs quantitative analysis on financial and operational data collaborating with the Manager and Airport Operations Stakeholders
  • Develops and recommends best practice courses of action based on completed financial analysis
  • Develops Key Performance Indicators to measure performance including the creation of presentations, dashboards, and reports
  • Assists in the Planning, Preparation and Development of the Annual Budget 5 Year Plan and monthly rolling forecasting process, including data input of operating plans into Financial Planning Systems
  • Coordinates with relevant stakeholders within Airport Operations and other Finance roles to ensure accuracy of data and that identified strategic initiatives are reflected into the Budget and Monthly Rolling Forecasts
  • Consults with stakeholders and Managers to determine annual operational expense requirements derived from strategic Capital initiatives
  • Compares requirements to existing supplier base and identifies gaps and opportunities to rectify those gaps
  • Manage FESTI’s internal revenue database including revenue database’s integrity, performance, and security, troubleshoot, and resolve issues Reconcile FESTI database to Oracle system on monthly basis, investigate discrepancies and initiate corrective action
  • Support and assist the FESTI Finance Manager in the coordination of the annual audit for private college status
  • Support FESTI Finance Manager in the completion of month end duties and rolling monthly forecast, as well as the calculation and amortization of the FESTI deferred revenue

About You  
  • University degree with a concentration in Business/Commerce, Accounting, Economics and/or Finance and required
  • Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CA, CMA, CGA) completed or in progress, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with: Budgeting and Forecast development along with monthly financial reporting processes. Practical experience in accounting and financial planning & reporting for a large multifaceted business organization. Familiarity with IFRS is desired.
  • Hands on end user experience with Oracle Financial systems and other analytic tools such as Essbase/Hyperion, Adaptive, and Oracle Discoverer.
  • Experience in successfully managing and completing financial processing tasks and enhanced analytical skills that generate meaningful business insight to an organization
  • Must be able to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position

About the Role:
TreeHouse Foods has an outstanding opportunity for a Director, Customer and Category Manager. The Director will lead strategic customer management, drive revenue and profit growth, and develop new business opportunities.

This role oversees a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong relationships and performance against key metrics. This role will lead the Customer Business Manager (CBM) team, collaborate cross-functionally, and champion TreeHouse values while aligning internal teams with customer and channel priorities.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
  • Own and develop key customer relationships, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin objectives.
  • Lead and coach the CBM team, overseeing capability development, forecasting, and account assignments.
  • Align divisional and customer priorities, guiding the CBM team on where and how to execute in line with business unit strategies.
  • Collaborate with business unit teams and category leadership to leverage subject matter expertise and insights.

We have world-class security and privacy experts.Our IAM offering advises our clients and implements and operates secure identity and access management solutions that leverage the leading-edge technologies of today’s access management requirements and needs.  What will your typical day look like?Key Responsibilities•    Design and develop comprehensive CIAM architectures encompassing identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, consent management, and data privacy compliance.•    Lead CIAM initiatives by evaluating, selecting, customizing, and integrating CIAM platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity.•    Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, UX designers, security teams, engineers, and enterprise architects to define user identity journeys and translate business requirements into technical solutions.•    Produce detailed architectural documentation including sequence diagrams, threat models, data flow diagrams, and security controls.•    Integrate CIAM solutions with backend systems, APIs, gateways, analytics platforms, and CI/CD pipelines to enable secure and scalable identity services.•    Implement advanced authentication technologies such as adaptive authentication, identity proofing, MFA, federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).•    Stay current with CIAM market trends, zero trust security models, passwordless authentication, and evolving regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone who has:•    5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a minimum of 2 years specializing in CIAM solutions.•    Proven expertise with one or more CIAM platforms: Okta, Auth0, PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud, PingOne, Entra ID, or equivalent.•    Deep understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and Financial-grade API (FAPI).•    Experience with identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), risk-based and adaptive authentication mechanisms.•    Hands-on proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and modern web technologies.•    Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills to articulate complex architectural concepts.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $72,000 - $38,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
