Job DescriptionAs an Associate, you will support activities in line with a One Fund approach to strategic advisor relationships for the Fund, including with Banks, Consultants, Risk Advisors, and more. You will be part of a team that acts as a gateway to those key relationships to unlock value for the fund.Accountabilities:Contribute to the establishment of relationships with select banks/consultants/advisors, to ensure they see us as a priority, understand our priorities, and grant financial support, deal flow, top quality service, and access to content and people.Support teams across the Fund by understanding their business needs, being responsive to their requests, and by proactively identifying and activating levers to create value via bank relationships.Help coordinate team events, including review sessions and thought leadership initiatives.Build knowledge on select bank/consultant/advisor relationships, gathering input from across the organization and from external sources, to have clarity on strengths, priorities and opportunities for each relationship and support the team in communicating them internally.Help draft internal reports, briefs, and presentations to effectively share quantitative and qualitative insights with the organization. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Interact with customers via phone to provide effective customer service in response to inquiries on Dynamic Funds products and services and assist customers (mainly Advisors and Associates) with resolution of issues regarding accounts and related transactions. Collaborate with members of the team and act as a liaison between clients and other Dynamic Centres of Excellence Analyze accounts, determine, and initiate appropriate follow-up and respond to customers’ needs.
