Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
Assist with year-end financial statements and partnership tax filings.
Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Build and manage financial and operational dashboards and reports.
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to stakeholders across the business. Qualifications CPA designation or in progress, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
5+ years of experience across a range of accounting functions within a law firm environment.
Strong understanding of ASPE, CRA tax regulations, and partner professional corporations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Elite 3E is considered an asset.
Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems.
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
