As the Front Desk Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, efficient handling of reservations, and prompt resolution of guest needs. Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

  • Proficient with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite (training provided if needed).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
