- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Monitor supplies and ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming.
Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and eager to learn, with a positive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
