Immersive work environment steps from the mountains – we take our core purpose of “Have Fun” very seriously.What You Bring to the TableAt least 1 year of experience or equivalent education in Sales, Hospitality, or Administrative roles.Quick learner with a flexible mindset, eager to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Skilled at managing guest inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with guests and team members.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel to support daily operations efficiently.Familiarity with platforms like Slack, Fareharbor, Peoplevine, SevenRooms, Toast, Podium, and Book4Time is a plus — full training provided.Your Days Will Look LikeMaster and continuously update your expertise on all Gibbons offerings—from venues and festivals to memberships, The Spa, The Adventure Group, and more.Deliver exceptional guest service as the primary point of contact, building trust through responsive, reliable, and personalized interactions.Greet and assist guests promptly across multiple platforms: phone, email, in-person, and digital tools like Podium, Seven Rooms, and Fareharbor.Manage bookings and reservations for Gibbons venues and TAG activities, actively promoting upgrades and additional experiences.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest journeys, using tools like Slack and Microsoft Outlook.Drive revenue growth by upselling memberships, Après Passes, and special event packages to enhance the guest experience.Own and maintain reporting metrics and scorecards, using Excel and Slack to track progress and identify opportunities.Champion a focus area—Guest Experience, Team Experience, Membership, or Community Engagement—and lead quarterly projects to innovate and improve with clear KPIs.Proactively research guest questions and follow up to exceed expectations, ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.Support cross-functional initiatives and take on additional tasks as needed to foster a positive, collaborative culture.Ready to be the heartbeat of Whistler’s most unforgettable experiences?
