As part of this role, you'll become a subject matter expert in our products through client training, troubleshooting issues, and addressing client requests. But that's not all! Apply now!What your impact will be:Assess and translate client’s requests into what the client truly needsFind and implement creative and optimal solutions to accommodate the requirements within our applicationsAnalyze and troubleshoot product stability inquiries or issues of both product and technical nature by phone or electronically through the ticketing systemLiaise with 3rd party vendors, end-users, and our client’s ITDocument configuration, enhancement, and testing notes for various projects through the ticketing systemWork closely with other team members as part of a cohesive group on various projectsProvide client training or assistance remotely or occasionally onsiteMaximize and maintain current knowledge and awareness of applications and related technologiesWhat we are looking for:2-5+ years of experience in customer support/business analystAbility to review and analyze the following programming languages: VFP, C#, ASP.NET, and PowershellAbility to create and modify complex SQL scriptsAbility to interpret requirements, and recommend solutions that best address clients' needsAbility to travel up to 25% in North AmericaCollege Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experienceExcellent analytical, research and problem-solving skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to grasp concepts quicklyWhat would make you stand out:Experience with Remote Desktop Services/RemoteAppExperience with multiple remote access tools & techniques such as webex, remote desktop, VPNOral or written communication in FrenchCustomer Service Training or CertificationExperience in IT Support or Utility Billing or other financial applicationsExperience with Crystal Reports is an assetDemonstrates understanding of cloud solutions and conceptsWhat we can offer:3 weeks' vacation and 5 personal daysComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits starting from your first day of employmentEmployee stock ownership and RRSP/401k matching programsLifestyle rewardsRemote work and more!
