JOB DESCRIPTION HR Business PartnerThe primary responsibility of the HR Business Partner is to advise, guide and support the local team. The HRBP supports the HR Director in executing and monitoring the deployment of the HR strategy to support the achievement of the regional business plan. In addition, s/he is responsible to manage the entire HR administrative support services related to the employment life cycle for China employees.The HRBP develops trustworthy relationships by being a trusted partner with the ability to understand the business strategy and goals and translates them into actionable business aligned people strategies and corporate guidelines.The HRBP supports the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with local business leaders and Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability. One of the first priorities of the HRBP will be to review our local HR processes and policies and ensure we have the right people foundations to support our business. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:HR Business PartneringActs as a business partner to drive business results that optimize talent, structure, processes and culture by asking appropriate questions and providing solutions.Ensure all local regulations are met, update and review our local handbook.Collaborates with the HR Director and the global HRBP’s team to further nurture and develop a best-in-class Employee Experience.Promotes the business ethics and company values by being its ambassador.Participates in HR projects supported by the team as needed. Creates and nurtures a network of partners to support the realization of China HR initiatives.Models a caring mindset and promote healthy teams’ dynamic. Encourages discussions with employees’ part of assigned teams about various situations and takes action to solve them, as per needs. Elevates onboarding experience for employees in in collaboration with the Talent team. Boosts human connections and experiences that really matter. Delivers content to the newly hired employees. Follows up on integration of newly hired employees and makes sure their engagement is kept at the required level.Punctually collaborates with the Total rewards team in making sure the internal equity is maintained within her/his assigned teams (participates in salary review, salary offers elaboration, etc.)Actively participates in local employee value proposition activities.HR Support Services Manage and provide a high standard of HR administrative support services for all stages of the employment life cycle; related to recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, reward & recognition, retention and off boarding. Liaise with our payroll provider to ensure an accurate salary payment.Be the subject matter expert and responsible for the management of HR processes, analytics, reporting and system support. Use your critical thinking skills to assess and report on data regarding employment relations. Manage the HR administrative lifecycle of our employees by organizing and maintaining the employee files and required documentationsMaintain and update HR documents and multiple HR digital platforms YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Previous experience as HR generalist including 2-3 years as HRBPExperience ideally acquired within an international HR environmentAcademic degree, ideally in HR/OD related fieldFluent in Mandarin and English, both in oral and writingKnowledge of the Chinese labor law, experience in a regional role supporting other countries is a plus.Irreproachable business ethics and solid interpersonal skillsStrong interest in operational part, without being afraid taking over administrative tasksAbility to challenge and be challenged while influencing decisions.Strong self-organization, priorities setting skills and ability to deal with multiple prioritiesEnthusiastic team player demonstrating drive and passion while respecting Company values Do you have other qualifications?
