Trouw Nutrition is hiring… Production Operator works with machines and with computer systems to produce animal feed. We will provide you with hands-on training in order to learn various tasks and positions in the plant; cross training is key to keeping our talented team engaged and able to provide relief in all areas of our operations. Otterburne Facility:36 Grant Street Otterburne, Manitoba R0A 1G0 Responsibilities: Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and follow quality standards Ability to follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies Load bulk trucks: Unload and receive the ingredients; Accurately and efficiently ship products ordered by customers Perform the tasks related to the preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant and ensure that the quality control requirements of the ingredients are met at all times Operate the production line Endeavors to be productive at all times; Other duties as required. Skills and Expertise Qualifications: Experience working in a Feed Mill or manufacturing environment preferred Ability and availability to work rotational shifts and overtime as required Positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn Ability to work with a team but also self-motivated to be able to work independently with minimal supervision Expectation from the Role: Regular, Full time, Shift-work . Must be able to lift 25kg; and ability to regularly bend and twist. Occasional requirement to work at heights Must possess a valid class 5 license Forklift driving experience (an asset). A global industrial machine manufacturer is looking for a Sales / Field Service Technician based out of the Calgary, AB area. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial automation equipment repair/Trouble shoot and have a mechanical academic background. Sales training will be provided. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Nature of the job, this will require request travel to British Columbia to Saskatchewan territory.

Responsibilities of Field Service Technician:

Travel locally and nationwide to customer locations to identity any technical problems and perform on-site repair
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service for products or equipment at client locations.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products or solutions, and support the sales process to achieve targets.
Oversee or perform the installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure effective usage and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service reports, sales records, and customer feedback to ensure smooth communication and process improvements.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Field Service Technician:

Associate’s degree in engineering preferred or a 2-year Technical Degree
1+ years maintenance or related experience (Such as Intern or Apprenticeship) required (such as the Industrial, Manufacturing or Automotive industry)
Able to travel for projects, including some overnight. Travel would be Monday through Friday with weekends off. Expenses are covered.
Must have a mechanical and/or electrical background
Must have valid deriver's license
Available for frequent travel up to 90% within BC, AB and SK.
French Bilingual skill is an asset
This position is in a manufacturing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.

Summary:Under the supervision of the Manager, this position is responsible for the safe, accurate assembly, insertion of electronic components and other related assembly in a timely fashion, with the help of complex machinery. Key Responsibilities: Set-up, run and troubleshoot Auto-insertion and SMT machines with minimum down time and minimum supervision Perform quality inspection with the aid of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), Golden Sample or Bills of Material (BOM) and log it on the First Off template of the Manufacturing Order (MO) Perform safety checks and preventative maintenance as required Maintain PCB stock accurately, ensuring cleanliness and good organization Use AOI to inspect all boards after processing on the machines Work in a safe and organized manner Skills and Qualifications: Completion of a High School Diploma or Vocational Equivalent Machine operator certification an asset Three years’ experience using Auto-insertion and SMT machinery Ability to read work orders, follow production drawings, sample assemblies, and understand verbal instructions Experience with current IPC class 2 standard for proper insertion, placement and reflow of components Knowledge of appropriate materials, methods, and the tools required in various assembly processes Knowledge of electronic components and electronic assembly is an asset Knowledge of set-ups, programming and adjustments an asset Soldering experience an asset Ability to work independently as well as in a team Good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills Must be detail-oriented, highly accurate and able to meet tight deadlines Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), crouch, bend, walk and stand for long periods Ability to perform mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) What Mircom Offers: A great working environment with opportunity for career advancement Competitive salary Group Insurance benefits Company RRSP program We would like to thank all applicants for their interest in this position however only candidates being considered for interviews will be contacted.
