We’re looking for an energetic, forward-thinking team player to join our in-house Recruiting team. As a Full-Time Entry-Level Recruiter, you’ll receive hands-on training to master the skills needed to make an impact from day one. We promote from within and focus on developing your abilities so you can reach your professional goals. As a Full-Time Recruiter, you’ll be the first point of contact for applicants, making a strong first impression while helping shape our company culture. Your role is vital in finding candidates who reflect our core values and customer-focused mission.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the recruiting process from start to finish
- Build relationships and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Maintain applicant records in our ATS and follow up promptly
- Coordinate with senior management on candidate evaluations
- Develop a strong pipeline through outreach and networking
- Handle multiple tasks at once, developing strong time management abilities
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and self-motivated
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Prior recruiting experience a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Able to work onsite daily in Saskatoon, SK
What We Offer:

- Hourly pay: $15.80, with additional performance bonuses after 90-day probation period
