Position Summary: You are a dedicated Sales Professional looking to work in a dynamic technical sales environment. As a skilled professional you possess a solid understanding of the consultant sales process and are willing to travel 3-5 days per month. Previous experience in capital equipment sales coupled with strong communication and excellent computer skills are a must. You will provide clients with automation related equipment specifications and pricing, acting in an assigned territory. You will generate Sales Proposals of all levels in a timely manner, in response to internal or external requests. Produce revisions to Sales Proposals as required for pending sales or in response to amendments necessary to complete a pending sale. Your previous experience in penetrating new markets is a direct result of your self start approach to selling and relationship building. Skill Requirements: Engineering Degree or a Technologist Diploma, preferably in Mechanical. Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience or a strong documented history of industrial automation sales experience. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

During visits will do the following to identify issues requiring corrective training to resolve:SG&A expenses as per budget so that maximum profit for each store is realizedAssess compliance with store merchandising as outlined in the Merchandising Manual through floor walks and constant communication with store merchandising personnelSupport operational improvements in store through training and leadershipAsses compliance with Operational systems, policies and proceduresFollows up to ensure all locations are following Health and Safety Policies and procedures. Supports improvements in store KPIs such as DIR, DSIR and clearance margins / volume in all retail locationsResponsible for operations roll outs and consistency amongst locationsFollow up within a required time frame to access progress on store deficiencies from previous visit.Support retail locations during the store opening process including any store renovationsFlexibility to work all shifts including evenings and weekendsAll other ad hoc tasks & duties may be assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit retail and/or distribution center operations.Minimum high school diploma and/or college degree. Strong business acumen with experience in sales, logistics, and operational management.Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail management systems.Fully bilingual in French & English (oral & written) Ability to travel regularly within the Quebec region as assigned.
