$160,000 – $180,000 base salary + bonus + full benefits

Remote – Greater Toronto Area

The Role – Omni-Channel Data Lead:

This role acts as the connective tissue between the Marketing Analytics team and IT/Data Engineering. You’ll ensure the analytics and brand teams have clean, accessible data to drive smarter decisions, and you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, governing usage, and shaping how data is managed across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the flow of data across marketing and analytics platforms (email, social, CRM, digital, etc.)
  • Work closely with IT to address data gaps, validate pipelines, and prioritize fixes
  • Create governance standards and best practices around data usage and access
  • Troubleshoot issues and educate users on what's broken and how it's being resolved
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data priorities


Your Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or data governance roles
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, architecture, and quality assurance
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams
  • Comfortable managing complex data environments and resolving data issues
  • Clear, confident communicator who can bridge technical depth with strategic thinking

Job Description What is the opportunity? In this role, you will become the subject matter expert for Cards and Payments Data, playing a key role in leading the BI Tool Tableau development within the Decision Management team.
