We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to be the backbone of project delivery at Renewal by Andersen of British Columbia. As the Project Coordinator , you’ll be the primary link between our customers, service teams, and internal operations. You’ll own the process from point of sale through installation and beyond, ensuring every customer interaction is professional, efficient, and memorable.
Your Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll manage project timelines, coordinate with multiple teams, and provide direct customer support. This role is designed for someone who thrives on ownership—someone who can balance detail-driven tasks with proactive communication.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering calls and providing timely project updates.
- Ensure customers are fully prepared for installations, including expectations and payment requirements.
- Conduct post-install and post-service follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Coach customers through NPS surveys to gather valuable feedback.
Project Management & Coordination
- Own assigned customer projects from sale through service completion.
- Schedule service and installation appointments, including job check-in calls with installers and technicians.
- Coordinate with the Ordering Team to align part arrivals with scheduled jobs.
- Upload, manage, and distribute project documents across internal systems.
Administration & Reporting
- Perform accurate data entry in project management systems.
- Prepare and present reports for management; participate in meetings to drive growth and process improvements.
- Collect and process payments, while supporting collections on delinquent accounts.
- Open, close, and track service work orders in company systems.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with installation managers, service technicians, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide backup scheduling support as needed for service and installation appointments.
- Support company initiatives with flexibility, precision, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
Project & Customer Expertise
- 2+ years in a customer service, project coordination, or scheduling role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy
- Proficient with project management software, scheduling systems, and data entry.
- Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Communicative & Collaborative
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for customer-facing interactions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly professional Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to senior staff and play an essential role in facilitating the smooth operation of internal and external communications, meetings, and documentation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, brings a strong administrative foundation, and ideally has experience within the education or broader public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Attend committee and staff meetings to take detailed and accurate minutes; track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage scheduling logistics and communication for internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and respond to email and phone inquiries from members and stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain member data, update contact databases, and support internal documentation systems and archiving.
- Assist in preparing briefing materials, reports, and internal correspondence.
- Manage Zoom meetings, including setup, hosting, and breakout room facilitation.
- Ensure all communications and records reflect the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Previous experience in the education sector , non-profit , or public service is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Familiarity with BC’s K–12 education system is considered a strong asset.
