What You'll Be Doing:
Administrative Support

Maintain customer records and associated job notes updated in our CRM.
Create work orders and ensure all paperwork is complete.
Assist with invoicing, payments, and other light accounting duties as needed.

Customer Communication & Support

Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
Share accurate information about our services, warranties, and maintenance plans.
Follow up after service calls to ensure customers are satisfied and identify upsell opportunities.

Customer Retention & Feedback

Track and manage maintenance contract renewals.
Handle any customer complaints or concerns by escalating to management as appropriate.
Help with feedback surveys and Google review requests.

Operational Support

Coordinate parts orders and delivery updates between techs and suppliers.
Monitor jobs to make sure they’re completed on time.
Help prepare basic reports on CSR activity (response times, bookings, etc.).

Service Scheduling & Dispatch

Book and confirm service appointments using our dispatch software.
Assign jobs to the right technician based on availability, priority, and skill.
Stay in close contact with technicians during the day regarding any updates or changes.

Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with HVAC & Refrigeration or with a dispatch software is a plus.
Customer service experience - phone, email, online support.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
Positive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Natural Purity, a leading provider of environmental and home improvement solutions, is expanding our team and currently seeking Customer Services and Support Representatives to help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
In this role, you will represent a well-established and trusted environmental solutions company.You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with current and prospective customers, supporting their needs, and helping develop new opportunities through pre-qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:


Act as the subject matter expert by conducting in-home assessments and helping homeowners identify and understand potential concerns.


Deliver compelling and informative in-home presentations, guiding customers through customized product solutions that address issues such as chlorine, hard water buildup, and other common municipal water problems.


Evaluate installation areas and provide estimates for equipment installation.


Foster long-term relationships with customers through attentive follow-ups and service.


Respond to qualified leads and customer inquiries, gather key information, and schedule appointments effectively.


Coordinate weekly schedules and report lead activity to the National Sales Manager.


Present products in a professional and engaging manner, highlight current promotions, and assist customers in making confident purchasing decisions.


Process customer orders, collect payments, and coordinate installations through our dealer network.


Participate in post-sale customer satisfaction programs, including follow-up visits, referral generation, and thank-you initiatives.


Maintain a polished appearance and professional attitude that aligns with our company’s commitment to service excellence.


Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


What We Offer:

Weekly pay, with average annual earnings of $85,000 to $95,000, and top performers earning over six figures.


5-day work week – no weekends, no statutory holidays.

Requirements:


Must live in the Greater Hamilton Area and reside full-time in Canada.


Own reliable vehicle is required to travel to customer appointments.


Must maintain a professional appearance and have a positive, motivated attitude.
