Our client is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager for 6-month to permanent opportunity Financial Reporting Manager be responsible for end-to-end accounting process including preparing financial statements, managing the audit, etc.

About the Opportunity:
  • Performing full-cycle accounting:
  • Overseeing and coordinating financial reporting
  • Overseeing all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Ensuring all month/quarter/year-end accounting duties and financial reporting are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Filing GST, WSIB and other government remittances
  • Preparing year-end auditing requirements and supporting the year-end audit process
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Identifies process quality issues or opportunities for potential improvement and presents solutions.
  • Provides support to cross-functional teams as required
About You:
  • CPA designated with 3-5 years’ experience
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite or other Dynamic products, Excel
  • Developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, proactive and ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Pay Rate
$45.00/Hour

About the Opportunity  
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with FP&A
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits
  • Bi-weekly processing of payroll
  • Daily banking responsibilities as required
  • Lead or assist in special projects such as system implementations, process improvements, or new accounting standards

About You  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Solid understanding of ASPE and general accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with JD Edwards accounting software is an asset
  • Experience with commodity taxes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with ADP payroll is an asset
  • CPA certification (or in progress)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment



Salary Range  
$95,000 - $110,000/year

Using your excellent customer service skills, you’ll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences by assisting customers through both phone calls and live chat support.

  • Your Responsibilities :

  • Provide first-class customer assistance via phone and chat for inquiries related to: delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions;
  • Manage multiple chats at once ensuring responses within service standards; Chat concurrency will ramp up as follows: 1 chat for the first 2 days, a maximum of 2 chats from days 3 to 10, and from day 11 onward, 3 chat concurrencies.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused attitude;
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow processes while navigating multiple tools;
  • Adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and support requirements (calls, chat, or both depending on business demand).
  • Qualifications :

  • Bilingualism (French/English) – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Canada and will need to answer calls in English between 50% to 80% of the time;
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy ;
  • Available to work full-time, up to 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm EST Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST
  • Eligibility Criteria : Must reside within the hiring location; Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS); Dedicated, quiet workspace free of distractions; Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken – with the ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns;
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.

  • Provide first-class customer assistance via phone and chat for inquiries related to: delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions;
  • Manage multiple chats at once ensuring responses within service standards; Chat concurrency will ramp up as follows: 1 chat for the first 2 days, a maximum of 2 chats from days 3 to 10, and from day 11 onward, 3 chat concurrencies.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused attitude;
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow processes while navigating multiple tools;
  • Adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and support requirements (calls, chat, or both depending on business demand).
  • Qualifications :

  • Bilingualism (French/English) – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Canada and will need to answer calls in English between 50% to 80% of the time;
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy ;
  • Available to work full-time, up to 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 11:00 pm EST Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST
  • Eligibility Criteria : Must reside within the hiring location; Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS); Dedicated, quiet workspace free of distractions; Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken – with the ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns;
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Training Start Date: October 27th, 2025
