Role Overview
As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, Atlantic Canada and Key Leaders to align marketing strategies with business goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing regional marketing and business development initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives—from concept to completion—including advertising, sponsorships, events, and digital campaigns.
Business Development Support: Coach and empower practitioners in their local business development efforts, providing tools, insights, and guidance to help them succeed.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration across all initiatives.
Creative Leadership: Develop compelling campaign briefs and collaborate with our national creative and digital teams to bring ideas to life.
Performance Measurement: Analyze and report on marketing performance using firm methodologies, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent application of MNP’s brand across all touchpoints, including events, sponsorships, and promotional materials.
Marketplace Presence: Represent MNP at regional events, build relationships with local influencers and media, and stay attuned to market trends and opportunities.
Vendor & Sponsorship Management: Negotiate and manage strategic sponsorships and vendor relationships to maximize value and impact.
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor regional economic indicators to inform strategy and identify emerging trends. What You Bring Bilingual proficiencyin French and English (written and verbal)
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications(preferred)
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment
Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of the NB & PEI marketplaceand regional business landscape
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Willingness to travel throughout NB and PEI for office visits and events
