We have two shifts available

Day Shift: 8am-8pm

Night Shift: 8pm-8am

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, start-up, and operate pultrusion machines
  • Keep the pultrusion machines stocked with raw materials – i.e; resin
  • Monitor the flow of raw materials going into the product to ensure continuous production
  • Operate the control panels on the pultrusion machines
  • Inspect quality during the product run – physical measurements and visual inspections
  • Clean production tooling and equipment
  • Package, label, and document information on finished products

Requirements:

  • Previous Machine Operator experience
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing industry
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Good English communication skills

Job Description:
  • About the Role:

    Reporting to the Plant Manager, the EHS Manager is responsible for managing plant safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment. Implements, oversees, and adapts policies and programs to improve the facility's environmental and safety performance and ensures compliance with current and future regulations and standards. Plans and / or delivers programs to train managers and employees in work site safety and environmental practices. Promotes safety by working with all departments to analyze the current situation and recommend safety improvements. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

    • Responsible for all aspects of EHS, including OSHA, and environmental record keeping, safety audits, and accident investigations and identifying workplace hazards.
    • Develop, evaluate, and maintain the department budget for the EHS area.
    • Ensure the facility complies with OSHA and environmental laws and regulations.
    • Develop, deliver, and track participation in health and safety related training and OSHA related certifications.
    • Provide ongoing support to department managers for safety meetings and department work modifications.
    • Reviews injury reports to ensure all accidents are properly reported and appropriate action has been taken to prevent recurrence.
    • Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports to regulatory agencies.

Crown CAPP is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician.  This position will troubleshoot, repair, replace, maintain electrical/ systems for production related equipment and building utilities within a high-speed metal packaging manufacturing facility. This is an hourly position in high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment where compliance to all safety policies, procedures and regulations is our way of doing business. Hourly Rate:   

Primary Hours/Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:30am)

Day to day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections on production equipment as needed and assigned
  • li>Assist in developing related preventive maintenance that do not currently exist.
  • Troubleshoot of circuits as required to repair, adjust, calibrate, replace, modify electrical components and devices of production equipment.
  • Knowledge of the requirements and use of Lockout Tagout.
  • Knowledgeable of and conform to the requirements of NFPA70E, Arc Flash.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job requirements :

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance/Industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing of high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Electrical, electronic, pneumatic & mechanical knowledge, comprehension, and skills
  • Troubleshooting ability of AC/DC control circuits
  • 120/240 VAC and 440 VAC single and three phase power circuits
  • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot variable frequency drives, AB Power Flex 40, 525 & Control Techniques
  • An understanding of ladder logic AB RS Logics 5, 500, & 5000
  • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Allen Bradley PLC 5, SLC 500, Compact Logics
  • Must be able to comprehend and comply with all OSHA and company safety and electrical regulations including Lock Out / Tag Out, and Arc Flash protection

About the Client
Our client is sourcing a Senior Associate, Private Markets for a 12-month contract.

About the Opportunity
  • Deliver performance reporting and analysis for a portfolio of private investments, including return metrics, exposure analysis, and benchmarking against industry standards
  • Support the regular valuation cycle by contributing data analysis and quality assurance for internal and external reporting
  • Compile and interpret key investment metrics (such as capital deployment, return measures, and asset values) for internal use and client reporting
  • Participate in the planning and testing phases of new system rollouts and contribute to business requirements documentation
  • Assist in forecasting capital movements and supporting investment liquidity planning activities
  • Analyze investment expenses and fund-level fees to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinate information flow between teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and insights for decision-making
  • Contribute to the enhancement and documentation of operational processes and reporting standards
  • Perform various other duties and ad hoc analyses as required

About You
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting
  • Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, or CAIA are highly valued
  • At least five years of experience working within private markets or institutional investment operations, particularly in analytics, valuations, or portfolio oversight
  • Prior experience in pension, endowment, or private capital environments is a strong asset
  • Solid understanding of private capital valuation methodologies and fund structures
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills across teams and seniority levels
  • Familiarity with investment systems implementation or upgrades is considered beneficial

  • Champion the implementation of business continuity strategies across departments by chairing the BC Working Group and overseeing exercises, training, and validation initiatives. 

  • Guide departments through enterprise-wide business impact assessments to inform continuity planning and map critical interdependencies. 

  • Review and audit business continuity plans to ensure consistency, integration and effectiveness across the organization. 

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and lead organization-wide training and awareness programs to strengthen risk and continuity maturity. 

  • Oversee program compliance, performance metrics, and reporting to deliver timely, actionable risk insights for leadership decision-making.

About You? 

  • A post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience?

About the Company? 

Our client is an air services company. They are looking for a who will be responsible for leading the annual BCM program deliverables. In this capacity, you will facilitate the development and maintenance of department related business continuity plans and procedures, including the business impact analysis to ensure top critical function priority is understood. You will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with the critical function owners, collaborating with risk and continuity consultants, and the design and delivery of training and education programs for stakeholders to minimize the company’s exposure to business interruption, corporate, operational and other risks. You will also drive continuous improvement in the delivery of the Continuity program to stakeholders, including through corrective action monitoring and metrics reporting.

  • Lead the annual program lifecycle plan to meet the deliverables requirements of the BCM/Resilience program’s governance and framework, including? 

  • Manage a business interruption risk register, coordinate with technology teams such as cybersecurity, disaster recovery to align priorities and track controls and mitigation activities using automated tools? 

  • Recommend reporting approaches for use in dashboard metrics to continually improve and mature the resilience of critical functions against service level metrics during disruption; and for presentation to working groups, steering committees, senior management and Board? 

  • Design, develop and deliver training sessions of staff and management on their roles and responsibilities in the event of disruption? 

  • Manage and track resulting corrective actions and program reporting approaches of BCM material using automated tools such as dashboards and metrics to facilitate management decision-making? 

  • Influence and drive the owner relationships to foster trust and advise on BCM/Integrated Resilience best practices, including through working groups and one-on-one sessions? 

  • Partner with business owners to document that?cross-functional risk areas and dependencies and business interruption risk areas have been addressed such as location/infrastructure and asset/equipment, technology, vendors, workforce and data risk? 

About You? 

  • University and/or College degree required in a related field such as business continuity, disaster recovery, project management  

  • Possess or pursuing relevant industry recognized certification in Business Continuity (CBCP/M), Enterprise Risk Management (CRM/PRMIA) or Project Management (PMP) designation  

  • 4 years of relevant experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, project management and dealing with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Valid Ontario driver’s license  

  • Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position 

Salary Range? 

$86,000 - $110,000/year?
